- Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Assist with dental lab work, including pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns - Perform dental office administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and billing
Qualifications:
- Dentrix Experience preferred - Strong patient assessment skills - Proficient in using CAD software for dental prosthetics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail in medical documentation Note:
Certification as a Dental Assistant is required for this position This is a temporary position to cover for maternity leave.
