Support Analyst

An employer is seeking a Support Technician for an on-site position in the northern Cincinnati, OH area.
This person will work alongside a few other higher level technicians and be responsible for responding to tickets and providing tier I technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving requests as they come in, primarily from faculty and staff.
This includes technology related issues with hardware, software, audiovisual, and networking.
This person will be very hands-on with clients both remotely and in the field, so it is very important that they have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, and also has a genuine interest in the field and eagerness to learn.
Basic audiovisual experienceAV Certifications Experience working with Mac OS Experience working in a classroom/higher educationCompleted Associate's Degree by date of hire OR 3

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
