Solely responsible for the daily set up, up keep, and breakdown of the daily hot breakfast buffet, and coffee area for all guests in a 61 room hotel.
Warmly greets/acknowledges all guests who enter the breakfast dining area.
Discusses inventory needs with operations manager on a weekly basis.
Other duties as required.
