What you will do:
Responsible for overseeing the apartment community to maximize pre-set marketing and financial results.
Puts company policies into practice through leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident interactions, and management reporting.
Manage, inspire, and supervise on-site teams.
Perform Market and Product Analysis Recommend competitive prices to the Regional Director in order to reach or surpass budget goals.
Generate traffic in the most cost-effective manner.
Supervise leasing of units; Engage directly in leasing activities.
Review market strategies with team on a monthly basis depending on occupancy standards.
Meet budget objectives.
Plan, schedule, and control expenditures in order to obtain products and services at minimum cost Review and approve purchases and payables.
Schedule and approve vendor services.
Train and develop team members.
