Job Description Summary:
Job ID = 547. Provide excellent front line customer service and support for students, faculty and staff
Answer phone and schedule appointments
Copying, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
Friendly, welcoming demeanor and dedication to assist students, faculty and staff
Self-motivated with solid organizational and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computing skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Reliable with excellent attendance habits
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Good academic standing

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
