The Regional Associate or Assistant Director of Admission, Recruitment Operations is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating new student recruitment at Miami University Regionals, the regional system of Miami University, a highly-regarded public university with a national reputation. Working with and reporting to the Regional Director of Admission, this position will serve as a leader of the Regionals' Admission Office, serving both the Hamilton and Middletown campuses in providing oversight and leadership for distinct recruitment initiatives, formulating recruitment strategies, plans, and goals for recruitment territories; managing recruitment activity and events, and managing recruitment processes and reporting within the CRM.
Duties/Physical Demands:
Manage, assign, train and supervise counselor recruitment outreach activity; formulate recruitment strategies, plans, and counselor goals for assigned recruitment territory based on data, trends, and research; train counseling staff, support Director in supervision and coaching support. 25%
Manage recruitment operations including events management, events budget oversight, and CRM recruitment operations including events, recruitment activity assignment, and reporting; manage assigned recruitment projects. 20%
Develop and manage counselor communication tactics with prospective students, families, community members through organized recruitment communication follow-up, social media, telecounseling, presentations, and in leveraging enrollment marketing. 15%
Develop and manage processes and systems to increase prospective student leads and conversion rates. 15%
Manage own assigned recruitment territory by arranging recruitment activities and visits; prepare and perform Miami University Regionals presentations to prospective students; obtain prospective student leads; organization, coordination, management of on- and off-campus recruitment events. 10%
Supervision of staff; oversight of recruitment operations budget. 10%
Assist Director in strategic recruitment planning and implementation, in application review and decisions, and in cultivation of internal and external partners in recruitment. 5%
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; demonstrated success in undergraduate recruitment; excellent communication skills, including public speaking and writing ability; high level of organizational and self-starting skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; demonstrated commitment to recruiting individuals from diverse backgrounds; knowledge of and experience with customer relationship management systems; knowledge of and experience with computer systems and various software applications, especially Microsoft Office and Google suite; ability to lift 30-40 lbs of recruiting materials; valid driver's license and automobile for travel; ability to perform overnight travel.
Associate Director Qualifications include a minimum four years professional experience in admission or related area, or a Master's degree plus a minimum of two to three years' experience;
Assistant Director Qualifications include a minimum two years professional experience in admission or related area.
Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Personnel and/or operations management; experience with Banner and Technolutions Slate; experience in project management, event planning, and systems oversight; diverse recruitment experience; demonstrated success in goal achievement, data-driven decision making, and project results.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
