Job Description Summary:
FALL TERM 2016 -
Campus Mail Delivery Positions:
4-5 regular positions available for campus mail delivery: These are regular positions within the department that work through finals week in December. Duties may include sorting/processing mail and packages, making campus mail deliveries, either walking routes or driving a Mail Center van for mail deliveries to administrative offices and residence halls.
Temporary Positions Available:
Short term temporary shifts available for extended business hours (5pm - 7pm Monday - Friday) that end on September 16th in customer service. Additional temporary shifts available in customer service and receiving that end on Monday, October 31st.
Temporary Positions Duties: Customer service/receiving positions: duties may include sorting/processing incoming student packages, entering data into an internal tracking system and placing in storage location, retrieving and checking out student packages to customers.
REQUIRED WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with extended business hours (first three weeks of classes) until 7pm; Saturday 11-3pm. For all driving delivery positions, you must have a valid driver's license and good driving record and complete an online van driver's safety course as part of the employment process.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
